Hydration in the Winter

It’s especially important for your skin’s health to keep hydrated in the cold Yakima winter weather – both topically and orally.

Exfoliate once a week so that new skin cells can absorb the hydration products you use topically. Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, at a minimum.

Many of our facial and body treatments include exfoliation as an essential step in the treatment.
